I have always been a very slim girl, no matter what I do I always seem to just the way the same amount of weight which is 115 pounds, but I have decided that I'm going to attack this journey of gaining at least 10 pounds, maybe even 15. And being that I am interested in gaining weight is because personally I just feel very small even though I am petite with a BOMBASS shape :) lol
I also enjoy working out and sometimes I catch myself only eating one big meal a day because I work so much that I forget to eat for the rest of the day, so instead of being so head deep within my work I've decided health is over wealth!
So here is an image that I have decided to use to help me on my weight gain journey. (Posted above)
THE KICKER:
this was probably the best tip that I came across for helping to gain weight, which was to eat something every four hours!😜
